According to Fox News, a man from Chicago, president Obama's hometown has been arrested for sending out mailed letters containing samples of HIV infected blood to President Obama and his staff. The letters contained reddish spots and the chicago man told police/FBI that he was really sick with HIV. Now tell me, is this man "wacko" or what?
